
PCGI certification is a
nationally accepted standard. The PCGI standards of
certification have been
accepted
by the U.S. Department of the Interior - National Park
Service, Joshua
Tree National Park, New River Gorge and Devils Tower National Monument, as a requirement for
rock climbing guides and/or instructors operating within these public
lands. PCGI
is 501c3 non-profit public charity that develops and
governs rock climbing guide training and certification
standards.

Joshua Tree Guides independently provides
PCGI approved rock climbing guide
trainings and assessments via PCGI approved mentors and
